I’m Fernando. This is what I’m building.

The short version of a long story (and where to start reading).

Fernando Sciessere

Twenty-five years inside Thomson Reuters, Bridgewater Associates, IBM and other organizations. Peta-byte systems. Teams of 180 across three continents. A $150M sales pipeline.

Then I moved my family from Connecticut to Brazil and stopped building for other people.

Why

I was good at my job. Got promoted. Bigger teams. More important meetings.

Every year, the gap between what I was capable of and what my job asked of me grew wider. In the wrong direction.

The job got more political. The work got less technical. The decisions that mattered got buried under the ones that didn’t.

I wanted to build again. Not manage the people who manage the people who build.

What changed

AI agents changed the math.

Not chatbots. Agents that remember what you told them last Tuesday, push back when the plan doesn’t add up, and get sharper every time you correct them.

One person. The operating scale of a small company.

Not by working more hours. By building systems around AI agents with roles, trust levels and feedback loops. The way you’d build a company around people, without the overhead.

I call it the Centaur CEO. Kasparov proved the model in chess — human plus machine beats either alone. I’m proving it in business.

What this site is

The build log.

What I learn, build, break, and fix — including the zeros. The first target is $6K/month recurring. No employees. No investors. Just the principles and the work.

The playbook for this doesn’t exist yet. I’m writing it out loud.
